Introduction

The MSRT consortium was launched in December 20, 2014 to facilitate coordination and alignment in planning and policy making in the areas of science, research and technology. In so doing, it centrally selects, supplies and provides the MSRT universities and institutes with access to scientific information resources delivered by international publishers such as Elsevier, Springer etc. This consortium aims to increase efficacy, effectiveness and productivity in the MSRT science, research, and technology national system by focusing on the following missions:

Collaboration, coordinating and alignment in science, research and technology planning and policy making;

Selecting, supplying, delivering, and providing the MSRT universities and institutes with access to scientific information resources delivered by international publishers such as Elsevier, Springer etc, considering efficiency and appropriateness in a way that efficacy, effectiveness and productivity increases in the science, research and technology national system;

Expanding collaboration and sharing scientific resources and integrating related services in MSRT;

Collaboration, coordinating and alignment in delivery of the scientific resources to other (non-MSRT) institutions, considering the Resilient Economy National Policies.
