Research departments and research faculty members, in general, have not received fair attention by the employment and promotion rules in the MSRT. The research faculty members, including those in IranDoc, have not been able to find a position that they deserve, as they are not seen equally as an academic who is a faculty member at university. Thus, it is a priority for IranDoc to seek ways to inform rules and policy makers and influence their view so that it establishes a proper context for fair transformation and employment justice.

Taking a holistic approach to standardized information management, including software, hardware, network, security, IranDoc will simplify and facilitate networking and collaboration among peer organizations and information exchange between them, and will boost its own performance as a result.
